Thanenthiran is Making a Brainless Move, No Way for Racial Politics...
THANENTHIRAN EXPELLED FROM HINDRAF MOVEMENT THUS HE DECIDED TO FORM A INDIAN BASED POLITICAL PARTY
While Malaysia is moving forward with wonderful and ideal political arena, there are some people who still stand with their racial politics ideology. It’s a dumb move indeed to polarize Malaysian into their ethnicity. Since Thanenthiran expelled from the HINDRAF organization last month by chairman Waythamoorthy, he decided to form a new ethnic Indian based political party. I hope Malaysian Indian will not moving backward by supporting this Thanenthiran’s dumb move. Last year, in the 12th General Election, Malaysians defied common stereotypes in casting their votes. Malays voted for the Democratic Action Party (DAP); non-Malays, voted for PAS. Parti Keadilan Rakyat, long upheld as yet another in a long-line of Malay-inclusive multiracial parties that were sure to fail, became the second-largest party in Parliament. Many commentators trumpeted the beginning of the end for racial politics in Malaysia. It was clear from the results of the last general election that voters did not like racial politics.
THE RELEASED HINDRAF LEADERS
Even the biggest Malaysian Islamic based party like PAS are now very open with their struggle for the multi-ethnic and multi-religion society. They are planning to open up memberships to the Non-Muslim community, which consist around 40% of the nation’s population. From the move, we know racial politics are irrelevant for the future Malaysia.
So what’s wrong with Thanenthiran? Is he thinking that Malaysian Indians are going to support a groundless struggle? Thanenthiran is misusing the religion and racial issues and sentiments into politics to gain support. The racial politics should have been abolished and only multiracial party politics allowed to work on in local politics arena. It’s important to stay on track in order to unite the Malaysian under one umbrella.
Its nothing wrong to say that Thanenthiran is the agent of MIC that trying to spoil the noble struggle of HINDRAF to the betterment of Malaysian Indian community. There will be no supports for his new party named as Malaysian Makkal Sakthi Party (MMSP). Shame of him, he got no own idea, he steal the HINDRAF’s ideology. But it’s nothing new for Malaysian Indian, they are tired of seeing this kind of parties that formed with full of empty promises that yet to be fulfilled. Let me tell you that MIC, PPP, IPF, MIUP already cheats and now MMSP is wearing a new mask to fool the Malaysian Indian.
As a HINDRAF loyalist, I have been jailed more than two weeks at the age of 19 during 25 November 2007 rally. I'm understand the struggle of HINDRAF. I think HINDRAF movement must remain as a Non-Government Organization (NGO), must not involve into politics directly. For now, may be HINDRAF’s role significant, but for future HINDRAF’s struggle not relevant since we are moving towards a Malaysia for all Malaysian concept.

Repeal the Universities and University Colleges Act (UUCA/AUKU) 1971 Immediately!
MALAYSIAN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS PROTESTING AGAINST UUCA/AUKU
Malaysian government should restore democracy on campuses by repealing or amending the Universities and University Colleges Act (UUCA/AUKU) . Students must be given opportunity to take part in democracy processes since universities are supposed to be the place where intellectuals and future leaders are education.
Higher Education Ministry should have upheld democratic principles are in the campuses rather than tie up students from involving in politics. Be open on student's view and criticism on the politics. The education ministry must function professionally, be transparent, and not use its position to advance a certain political agenda in the universities. University administrations should not allow it to be controlled by any political hidden agendas by operates independently. It’s important not to sacrifice the integrity of the university through the different thought and views of politics among the students and administration.
Universities and University Colleges Act (UUCA/AUKU) has been haunting Malaysian University students for such a long time, it's the right time now to repeal or amend the law. Restoring the rights of students will allow students to give their view and opinion on the progression of nation and the administration generally. Let students top train themselves to be capable leaders in future. Freedom to voice their opinions on both local and international political issues lead students to build their leadership qualities.
The abolishment of UUCA will create an environment where students and lecturers are free to express their views and opinions and it is a necessary step towards establishing a world class higher education. Malaysian parliament must repeal the UUCA/AUKU to fulfill the hopes and aspirations of university students. Most of the nation that practice democracy system tolerate and support the university students to involve in the politics. Why not Malaysia?

Racist Future Teacher
Months ago, when I posted a topic in a friendster group entitled “Keling! Keling! Keling! Are you Happy now?”, I received mixed reaction from the members of the group. The group named Pelajar Institut Pendidikan Guru Malaysia SIPGM is a very famous among the future teachers in Malaysia. Now its has more than 6,000 members to discuss various topics on religion, politics, education and also sharing information about teaching.
Most of the future teachers agree with that racial statements could not used in schools. But there are few students said its nothing wrong to use racist words towards minority Malaysian Indians. I have an example of it. A future teacher from Institut Perguruan Kota Bahru incited lot of racist statements. View his profile here- Amir D'Pathetic
The future teacher surely going to hurt and “kill” the Malaysian Indian school students with racist words. I wont surprise if he physically abused them also. He is going to educated the Malay students to be racist! I just wonder how he could past the interview if he was released such statements there? Do we need such teacher to educate our future generation? We could not achieve racial unity with this kind of teacher around!
