Awaited Parliament Session

The first-day sitting of the Dewan Rakyat today after Hari Raya Puasa will probably set new politics rating records in Malaysia. The session right after 16th of September pledge by Anwar Ibrahim to topple Barisan Nasional government that lead by premier Datuk seri Abdullah Ahmad badawi is something awaited by all Malaysian.

PARLIAMENT HOUSE STANDS MAJESTIC LIGHTED UP

Anyhow, the session will start with the debate on 2009 budget. Anwar will the first to speak on the budget than followed by Lim Guan Eng. Most of the opposition leaders think that with the current economic crisis, firmly believe that the government, especially Finance minister, Datuk Seri Naib Tun Razak should revise or restructure brand new budget for all Malaysian to avoid huge economic disaster.

At the sam time, history may created in the next sessions if Pakatan Rakyat final attack to seize the federal government from Barisan Nasional succeeded. As Anwar promised previously, 31 lawmakers defecting to PR from BN helps to form the brand new federal government and it could be the last round for PR in debut to take over the premierships.

The most awaited parliament session is just few hours to go. We wait and witness what will take place in the parliament tomorrow.
