A female history teacher from SMK Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor, Malaysia had allegedly called Indian students in a Form Four and a Form Five class ‘keling pariah’, ‘Negro’, ‘black monkeys’ as well as other derogatory names. The teacher had also purportedly said that ‘Indians came from dogs’ and the community members were stupid and prone to thuggery and thievery. The police reports also alleged that the teacher had said that Indians were the ‘children of prostitutes’ and the community’s youths ‘did not have testicles’ on July 17 and 22, and had also purportedly beaten up some Indians students.
Permatang Pauh By-Election
Look at the picture below. What's your comment about that? Well, I’m not blaming any political party, but just pointing out why these people still given opportunity to play sensitive matters in the election campaign. Again, we have to blame the racial politics that we are having since nation’s independence.
Racial Remarks By Ahmad Ismail
Ahmad Ismail, the man at the centre of the ‘racial slur' controversy, warned Chinese Malaysians not to mimic American Jews who not only seek to control the country's economy but also its political power. Ahmad Ismail who is guilty of rank racism with his derogatory, offensive, insensitive and chauvinistic reference to Malaysian Chinese as “pendatang”, “penumpang” and untrustworthy Malaysians.
Racial politics have created numerous people such as the above racist teacher and Ahmad Ismail, and there are still a lot of people out there. Please stop it before the country is destroyed. What we need are understanding and tolerance, not hatred and confrontation. We can solve problems through proper discussions.
