Menurut Wikipedia Bahasa Melayu-

Betulkan saya jika saya silap.

Tamil Tigers are freedom fighters, not terrorists!

The fact is Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam although they might have retaliated in Colombo for attacks in their homeland. The real terrorist is the Sri Lankan regime that used inhuman methods of tortures, indiscriminate shootings, mass arrests, rape of peasant women and girls. LTTE not exporting terrorism and not a threat to any foreign government except Sri Lanka, thus it is not a terrorism group!

THE LEADER OF LTTE, VELUPILLAI PRABHAKARAN

The year 2008 and 2009 brought nothing but misery to the Tamils. Their agriculture, farming, fishing and other economic activities were purposely wrecked by the army. Their homes build by them with their live savings bombed cruelly under the guise of flushing out the Tigers. It was reported in the Tamil daily that more than 57,000 houses had been damaged in Kilinochi alone.

As a result, the Tamil population had been reduced to the status of beggars who depended on relief aid from the United Nations and other NGOs from countries that are sympathetic for the Tamils. Even these NGOs, other than Red Cross, are barred from the warzones of Vanni and Mullaithevu, further sickening the plight of the Tamils.

KILLING OF SCHOOL GIRLS

The cost of the civilians has been documented as follows:
  • Over 100,000 Tamils have been killed
  • Over 28,000 Tamils have disappeared
  • Over 12,600 Tamil girls and women have been rape
  • Over 30,000 women widowed
  • Over 20,000 orphaned
  • Over 1.2 million of Tamils have been displaced (internally and externally)
  • Over 8 billion USD worth of property owned by Tamils has been destroyed

The damages and inhuman acts by Sri Lankan government towards Tigers are most cruel in the world compare to the other major wars and discrimination such as in Bosnia and Palestine. Every human regardless of race and religion should support LTTE for their noble cause. The Tigers (Tamils in Sri Lanka) stand has always been that fighting for survival, dignity and self respects.

"Tiger of Jelutong", a Victim of the Dirty Politics

TIGER OF JELUTONG, KARPAL SINGH WITH HIS PET BULDOG (BABBAR), WHICH MEANS LION

This is not the first time Karpal Singh, a prominent lawyer and DAP’s chairman receives bullets and a note threatening to kill him and his family. Two such incidents happened in only 10 months. In the latest case, the veteran politician had received them again in the mail posted to his home address in Jalan Utama, Waterfall, and George Town yesterday two days ago.

THE TWO BULLETS THAT KARPAL RECEIVED DAYS AGO

If anything happen to Karpal Singh and his family, Malaysian police should fully take the blame for ignoring Karpal’s request for the safety of him and his family. The IGP is fully responsible for the safety and security of all people, especially elected representatives and their families.

The envelope containing the live bullets and note was opened by an office staff. The note was written in layman’s Bahasa Melayu.

The note read: “Cilaka, babi, anjing. Jangan main main dengan raja Melayu. Kalau tak sayang anak bini jangan cari pasal. Nanti lu satu family gua bakar. Lu punya rumah semua gua tau!! Lu cabar Melayu, mati lu satu family.”

KARPAL SINGH SHOWING THE NOTE

Karpal Singh never challenged Sultan’s position or challenged Malays in Malaysia. He prosecuted the Sultan according to the law. Don’t forget that its UMNO is the one who threatens the Sultan’s power during Mahathir’s administration. If Karpal Singh did anything wrong which against the law, we know that in Malaysia ‘there is no one above the law”. So why don’t you to bring him to the court.

Any Malaysian Linked to Mumbai Attacks?

Former CNN reporter, Maria Ressa, has quoted unnamed Indian intelligence sources as saying that one of the gunmen, now under police custody, has said that the terrorists pretended to be students, stayed in Mumbai apartments and allegedly carried Malaysian identity cards. They were also believed to be linked to Al-Qaeda. The Times of India reported that the terrorists posed as Malaysian students.

Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar explained that there are no Malaysian linked to Mumbai attacks. Malaysian IC found in Mumbai, the card could belong to a Malaysian tourist as a number were staying at the hotels affected. But we sure don't want to hear another Malaysian appear as world terrorist such as Azahari Husin (2002 Bali Bombing) and Noordin Mohammed Top ( 2002 Bali bombing, the 2003 JW Marriott hotel bombing in Jakarta, the 2004 Jakarta embassy bombing and the 2005 Bali bombing).

If yes not any Malaysian involved, so why the terrorist using the Malaysian travel document? Malaysia was before linked to few terrorist organization for example, al Ma'unah, al Qa'eda and Jemaah Islamiah. So no doubt if any Malaysian involved in the attacks. May be the travel document found in Mumbai is a single mention but certainly it is a serious allegation indeed. Malaysia should give full cooperation to Interpol in order to prove that its a false allegation.

Abdul Razak Baginda and Altantuya Shaaribuu

Shaariibuugiin Altantuyaa was a Mongolian national, was a murder victim who was either murdered by C-4 explosives or was somehow killed first and her remains destroyed with C-4 in October 2006 in a deserted area in Shah Alam, Malaysia near Kuala Lumpur and Abdul Razak Baginda, a former political analyst from Malaysia, and close associate of the Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak. He became a household name in Malaysia in 2006 when he was charged with abetting the murder of Altantuya Shaaribuu. He was held in prison but acquitted on October 31, 2008 when the Malaysian High Court judge found no prima facie case against him.

28 YEAR OLD MONGOLIAN BEUTY, ALTANTUYA SHAARIIBU WITH HER YOUNGER SON, ATANSHAGAI

The Murder

Altantuya was allegedly introduced to Abdul Razak Baginda, a defense analyst from the Malaysian Strategic Research Centre think-tank, at an international diamond convention in Hong Kong by Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister, Najib Tun Razak, and had a relationship with him. She reportedly had worked as Abdul Razak’s translator on a deal he was brokering for the Malaysian government to buy submarines from France. The pair seems to have travelled to Paris together for the submarine deal.

Some sources allege that Altantuya came to Kuala Lumpur with a cousin in early October 2006 intending to confront Abdul Razak. When she went missing on Oct 19, her cousin lodged a police report and sought help from the Mongolian embassy in Bangkok. Altantuya, by her own admission in the last letter she wrote before her murder, had been blackmailing Razak.

The Malaysian police found fragments of bone, later verified as hers, in forested land near the Subang Dam in Puncak Alam, Shah Alam. Police investigation of her remains revealed that she was shot twice before C-4 explosives were used on her remains, although there has been later suggestion that the C-4 explosives may have killed her. When her remains were found their identity could only be confirmed with DNA testing. The provenance of the C-4 remains unclear.

ABDUL RAZAK BAGINDA, FORMER LOVER OF ALTANTUYA SHAARIIBU

Abdul Razak and three members of the police force were arrested during the murder investigation. The two murder suspects have been named as Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri, 30 and Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar. They had been members of the elite Unit Tindakan Khas (the Malaysian Police Special Action Force or counter-terrorism unit) and were both assigned to the office of the Deputy Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak, who was also the Defence Minister at the time of the murder. Abdul Razak has been charged with abetment in the murder.

The Evidences
-First Statutory Declaration

In a statutory declaration in his sedition trial in June 2008, Raja Petra accused Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor (the wife of Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak) of being one of three individuals who were present at the crime scene when Altantuya Shaariibuu was murdered on Oct 19, 2006. He wrote that Najib’s wife, Rosmah Mansor, and Acting Colonel Aziz Buyong and his wife, Norhayati, Rosmah’s aide-de-camp, were present at the scene of the murder and that Aziz Buyong was the individual who placed C4 plastic explosive on Altantuya’s body and blew it up.

Dr Shaariibuu Setev, the father of murdered Mongolian woman Altantuya Shaariibuu, has asked the police to conduct a thorough investigation into an allegation by Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Kamaruddin. He said the police should look seriously into the allegation by Raja Petra as it might provide them with fresh evidence. In retaliation, the two people named in Raja Petra Kamarudin’s statutory declaration on June 18, Lt-Col Aziz Buyong and his wife Lt-Col Norhayati Hassan, as having been present at the murder scene of Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu are suing the Malaysia Today editor for defamation. Aziz is seeking an apology from Raja Petra to be published in certain websites and newspapers, the removal of the statutory declaration from his blog and damages of RM1 million.

-Second Statutory Declaration

A second statutory declaration was filed on July 1, 2008 by Abdul Razak Baginda's private investigator P. Balasubramaniam, disclosing Najib's links to the murdered Mongolian girl. He said the police omitted information about the relationship between Najib and Mongolian murder victim Altantuya Shaariibuu in his statement. In the declaration Abdul Razak had told Balasubramaniam that the deputy prime minister had a sexual relationship with Altantuya and that the trio had dined together in Paris. Balasubramaniam detailed conversations in a statutory declaration in which the well-connected political analyst allegedly told him he had in effect inherited Altantuya as a lover from Najib, who passed her on because he didn’t want to be harassed as deputy prime minister. Among other lurid details, Balasubramaniam described text messages between Najib and Abdul Razak in which the latter was asking for help to avoid arrest. Former deputy Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has called for a Royal Commission of Inquiry to look into the case.

P. Balasubramaniam made a retraction of the statutory declaration he made on July 1 and its replacement with one that erased all traces of allegations with references to Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Altantuya Shaariibuu's murder. There were accusations that this new statutory declaration could have been due to intimidation or inducement, and was done on his free will. Bala's first lawyer Americk Singh Sidhu said he was not able to get in touch with Bala despite repeated phone calls. The Malaysian police said on 6 July that they have asked Interpol to help find the private investigator that has been reported missing since making explosive claims linking the deputy premier to a murder. Bala's nephew has filed a missing person's report, saying the investigator and his family had disappeared. It was discovered on July 10 that Balasubramaniam's house in Taman Pelangi here has been broken into but police have yet to ascertain whether anything was stolen. Balasubramaniam is said to have taken refuge in a neighbouring country with his wife and children.

-Alleged Interference by Najib

Even behind bars under ISA detention, Raja Petra's website Malaysia Today carried a report detailing allegations on an exchange of text messages between Najib and Shafee Abdullah, the prominent lawyer who represented Abdul Razak Baginda before he was charged with abetting two police officers in the murder of the Altantunya. The SMSes, which went on from 8 November to 2 December, 2006 raises some questions over the handling of the murder case and suggests that Najib took a strong interest in the investigation from the beginning.

You May Stop HINDRAF, But Not Our Struggle!

25 NOVEMBER 2007 (HINDRAF MASS RALLY)

Why????? Why there is no room for democracy in Malaysia? We struggled for our rights; we are not terrorists as you have classified us so far. We, Malaysian Indian have fundamental rights too to defend our temples, schools, cultures, language and so on. Rather than banning HINDRAF, our problems should be addressed and proper action must be taken. Banning is not the only solution; you can ban our HINDRAF, but not our struggle to Malaysian Indian betterment. The fires of 25 Nov 2007 still burning with flames in every Malaysian Indians heart. Even our beloved Prime Minister will cry if he sit with us sincerely listen to our problem.

STOP SUCH INTIMIDATION ON MALAYSIAN INDIAN

It is about the wish to be treated equally and to be given a fair share of opportunities in the civil, business and education sectors as well as the need to respect our places of worship in terms of indiscriminate demolitions. We did not ask for Prime Minister Post, we did not even touch “Malays special rights”, but we demand for our rights. Why you can’t fulfill this simple demand? Is that we are making baseless demand that until you need to suffer the lost of your 2/3 parliamentary majority and five states in the general election? You may have won comfortably if you deal with our problems professionally and efficiently.

Yes, we were brought to Malaysia by colonial British as normal estate labours, but we have contributed and currently still contributing to Malaysia in every sector until today. From rubber estates, oil palm estates to the construction works we shed our tear and blood. We have a great numbers of Malaysian Indian that making Malaysia to proud of them- communication tycoon Anandakrishnan, former “Asia Sprint King” Dr M Jegathesan, Air Asia owner Tony Fernandes, Mount Everest climber Mahendran, and Mohandas, 1998 Commonwealth gold medalist S.Saravanan and I have a long list here. They are “Anak Bangsa Malaysia”; the patriotism in between their heart inspired them to create history for beloved Malaysia definitely.

We contributed in every sector including economy, sports and education along with other races in Malaysia. Why we are not recognised as a rightful citizen? Aren’t we Malay, Chinese, and Indian are under umbrella of Malaysia flag? Is it too hard to treat us equally? There are a lot of organisations which race based and struggling for their race betterments. We as well have HINDRAF to hope on; you banned HINDRAF without dealing our problems. You detained our our heroes in ISA. If you are the true leaders you should brave to meet our heroes face to face and lay out the problems decently with integrity.

The raise of HINDRAF is because of the failure of MIC to care for Malaysian Indian. We need a safe place for our children, grand children, great grand children….. Again, I would like state that you may stop HINDRAF, but not our struggle! We will struggle to the end till our demand fulfilled!

No More Racial Sentiments!

Compare us with Brunei, which gained independence 27 years after us. The Bruneian Proclamation declares Brunei "a sovereign, democratic and independent Malay Muslim monarchy". Our Proclamation, on the other hand, announces that we "shall be for ever a sovereign democratic and independent State founded upon the principles of liberty and justice and ever seeking the welfare and happiness of its people".

Our founding fathers were not too worried about things involving race. They did not declared officially as a Malay state or a Muslim state; they did not need to call for Malay unity or Muslim unity. But they did call for the all Malayan unity. Even if they did believe that in the short term, some authoritarianism was necessary to clamp down on ethnic tension, they knew that in the long run, all that matters is that the people of Malaysia are happy, that they have liberty and justice.

So what were some political parties talking about when they met over "Malay unity"? Was it about how to improve the lot of the Malays by lording it over other Malaysians with some ideology of ketuanan? Or they just purposely ignoring the non-Muslim which are almost 35% of the Malaysian citizen? We are facing a lot of crisis nowadays, including the hike of inflation rate, leadership crisis, worrying sports performance, drop of the Malaysian Universities in the world rankings and I have a long list of the problems. So, hope all Malaysian focus on those problems instead of racial issues.

Malays should believe multiracial liberalism concept, then only we able to form strong and competent Malaysian. After 51 years of national independence we are still talking about unity among Malays, among Chinese, among Indians and among other races. These should be the issues of the past and now as Malaysian we should get on the progress and developments upon Vision 2020.

No more racial sentiments!

From 36th to 47th

A lot of promises made by federal government lead by Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to reduce the corruption rate. But whats happening now? Malaysia slips further in corruption rankings since 2001. We have dropped 11 ranks from 36th to 47th in the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), its clearly shows that there has been no improvement in the perception of corruption. Until today, there are still many promises made by authorities to stamp out graft and bribery. Malaysian citizens are sincerely hoping that there will be a better future for their children and the situations change very soon. Proper action must be taken immediately to stop this "disease"!

Destroy corruption before it started to destroy our nation!
